This reef is an artificial reef that covers and area 0.98 X 1.36 miles and consists of concrete junctions boxes, culverts, slabs, poles, manholes and cutoff pilings along with two North West rows of tetrahedrons put down between 1999 and 2004. Three 100 foot steel barges are just south of the yellow buoy. There are high profile structures north of the buoy. The reef is 11.7 miles at 272 degrees from Hurricane Pass and 12.8 miles at 300 degrees from Clearwater Pass. The water depths here are in the 45 foot range with a maximum relief of 9.4 feet off the bottom. There is a plaque 50 feet from the center buoy that commemorates all veterans.
